Kyle B. Warwick
Kyle B. Warwick has more than 20 years of diverse real estate experience with special expertise in master planning, regulatory approvals, development, and financing. He has guided clients and partners through the process of development including millions of square feet of mixed-use real estate with an aggregate dollar value in the billions.
Mr. Warwick is founding member and Principal of Redgate Capital Partners, a real estate investment and management firm that works with partners and clients on large-scale real estate ventures.
Most recently, Mr. Warwick was the Director of Investment Development at Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Warwick joined Spaulding & Slye / Jones Lang LaSalle in 1994 and served the company in several leadership capacities, becoming a Principal in 2000. After serving as Managing Director of the Development Group in 2003, he was named New England Regional Director in 2004 where he oversaw the performance and long-term strategic direction of Spaulding & Slye’s 250-person Boston office. In 2006, Spaulding & Slye was merged with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
Mr. Warwick was one of six key principals that led the JLL transition.
Ralph Cox
Ralph Cox has over 20 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, master planning and developing urban mixed-use properties, transportation-related distribution facilities, and industrial port-related projects.
Prior to joining Redgate Capital Partners, Ralph was a partner at Cargo Ventures LLC which developed and acquired a 3 million square foot national industrial portfolio. Prior to Cargo Ventures he was a Senior Vice President for New England Development (NED) managing a $100 million investment and development portfolio. Before joining NED, he was a Senior Vice President for Spaulding & Slye Colliers', New England’s largest real estate advisory services company. Additionally, he was Port Director for the Massachusetts Port Authority overseeing the maritime division and real estate group.
